CANT STOP EATING

IVE BINGED FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS, THIS IS NOT LIKE ME.

I JUST CANT CONTROL MYSELF AND I FEEL MYSELF JUST DIEING, I DONT FEEL HAPPY I DONT FEEL HOT
I DONT FEEL HEALTHY, I DONT FEEL MYSELF.
IM LOSING MYSELF

    Walk away from the food!!

    Can you get out of the house and walk or run or ride a bike or even sit in the park and read a book... ? anything to get you out of the uncontrolled eating mode

    Or, call around till you find some family or friends who are free and do something fun that doesn't involve (too much) food.

  • Tomorrow is a new day. Just time to kick it into gear! Drink lots of water, plenty of fiber, and get a good workout in.

    When you go to get something to eat make yourself drink an 8 oz glass of water first, then make yourself wait 10 min. then if you still want to eat something, eat a half of what you want then make yourself wait another 1 hour before you can have anything else, then drink another 8 oz glass of water wait 10 min. then eat half again etc. in other words set short term goals and drink water before eating it.

    I came on here to post the same thing. I had the week off of work and I've been pigging out since Thanksgiving :( Tomorrow is a new day, I plan to get back to my diet....I know it's going to be hard, but I really want to continue losing weight :)

    In the same boat. Having a hard time not eating and not up to my normal self either. Getting close to winter definitely doesn't help....Just pick yourself back up and say that today is a new day! Hope today goes better for you!!!!!

    I get like that every once and a while. I binged like 8 days out of the past 2 weeks which I hadn't really binged in a long time until lately- from stress, anxiety, and things like that. Personally what I had to do is just let it happen and let myself get to the point where I am so sick of feeling badly and making bad choices that I slowly get back into the swing of things over the next couple days. So I will allow a binge then set up a menu of meals and snacks that are healthy that I will eat and if I have a snack or two which isn't the best choice I let it go. I do the same thing the next day and get a workout in and then within a few days I am back in the swing of things. For me bingeing is both emotional and mental and once I start bingeing I cannot just stop at the snap of a finger....

    Hopefully this makes sense...
