i dont expect my binges to dissappear but i thought starting the gym last week would keep me on track. Iv been enjoying the gym classes with my committed friend however 2 days ago at the beginning of the week i ate horribly and just didnt think about my weught loss goals.
The next dayi ate well which normally would be my second binge day, but i changed i went to tne gym worked hard for 2 hours,
Spoke to my gym teacher for motivation.
Tonight i went to the gym for 2 hours almost, did cardio then pilates, lots of crunches, when i got home there was left over pasta so i had too much of that, also a square of chcolate and half cupcake and a few bites of sponge cake, feeling guilty
But im planning to do a walk tomorrow then body combat at night, then swimming,
I just needed to express my day, feel free to comment
