I looked at your diary and your protein is very low compared to your carbs are quite high. If your working out and weight training you should have more protein

Your calories sound very low and it doesn't sound like your having enough protein.? Just veggies for dinner can't be enough. Sounds like a low calorie/carb/fat diet :s

Many people say you should eat your calorie but I really think if your not hungry don't eat, I don't think women need to be hitting 2000 calories. After going to Thailand and seeing how they eat I'm going to follow thier diet

Having a cheat which I call a binge isn't planned and I always consume too much to call it a cheat day. It usually leads into 2-3 days binge so itsnot good for me. I would like to stop binging and dedicated for example 400extra cals for a good treat

thats the sickest thing i have heard. she looks so happy but how can she be at that weight? she would have a lot of medical problems. and he is thin! it seems like they might just be doing this for TV. i don't see how she would really enjoy putting on weight.

cereal, it tends to never fill me up. even the flavoured packet of porridge, i have been having that but always wanting more after. so today i had plain oats a big bowl for similar calories and it filled me up heaps

a binge is different for everyone. when i binge i calculate around 2500 cals, but how accurate is it? since I'm binging I'm not weighing or really paying attention to what i eat, i just go by memory. for some people thats a normal amount but when i eat that much, its mostly crap, I've eaten it all in one go i feel sick and…

Im not a big fan of fast food places such as mcdonalds, pizza hut, kfc. i may have had kfc twice in my life, and only really go to maccas for a soft serve occasionally. i can easily stay away from these. but the foods i like and is hard to limit myself is licorice, dried fruit and toasted nut mix really yumm cereal…

in 4 weeks I've only had 1 about 2500cals.. so I've actually been successfully losing weight now :) i have found ways to distract myself I've been exercising more. met a guy who is my neighbour so he can keep my occupied ;) been spending time with people, hardly alone. I've been happy :)

you might not be genetically made to have it, some people can lose a lot of weight but never really have it unless they get really thin, people with bow legs and straight legs are more likely to get the thigh gap

GUILTY HOPELESS HELPLESS ANGRY SAD SICK TIRED kinda in order, i always feel so tired after, just feel yuk. yesterday i had a binge which i hadn't in a few weeks but i went for a walk before i ate 2 more tim tams then did a bother run, so that helped and didn't gain :)

i love coffee i work in a coffee shop so i drink a lot of it, throughout work (2 times a week) at home not much but a couple times a week ill buy one not a capp but just long white with skinny milk so only a bit of milk,

I never eat my exercise cALS.. Yesterday I ate much more then I do 1800 compared to 1200 so I felt guilty and did 1hr walk and 20min jig but I still gained so i don't think for me it's a good idea

Firstly if your only wanting to eat a small portion of chocolate then don't purchase huge amounts. don't have any in the cupboard , if you really are craving then by a chocolate bar, not a block, or buy the small individual serving size bars. or even low calorie hot chocolate, that does hit the spot for me

i think its a good idea.. i have already met up with someone from here, who happened to live like 2 mins from me :) we meet up occasionally and go for walks. id love to meet some more people. but not many live in australia, melbourne
