the more you weigh its easier to lose weight without exercise but if you only want to lose say 10 pounds then its more necessary to do exercise as you will need to be toning up

if its just 1 day it won't turn to fat, people say you should just eat a normal healthy diet the next day and so on, if i had the diet of my choice i would limit carbs and just have light foods with plenty of protein and a lot of green tea or mint tea

pretty much every calorie drink except milk, i use to not have much of it tho, if i get a coffee i only put a little milk or half the milk, now i started having iced lattes but use around less then a cup of skim milk and add lots of ice and extra coffee

keep my carbs under 100grams. i think thats a reasonable number not to binge and eat a lot of carb loaded foods

i try to but when im binging my mind isnt really in that moment and i dont really think about what im eating so im not weighing out food or anything , i just think later what i ate and do my best to record im sure im out by like 200-500cals by the end of the day and im normally over 1000 extra for the day

Many people have posted this topic. What type of exercise are you doing? If your only walking dont eat them. If your doing a couple hours id say eat half. To make it more simple if your hungry eat if your not dont

I did herbalife for a little bit but it wasn't satisfying so i haven't touched it in a while. so much more filling having a big tuna salad

normally bored, lazy don't wanna go out just have a tendency to eat. but if i start my day with a good breakfast then go out of the house i should be alright. i don't eat much when I'm sad.
