I feel like I zig zag all the time. When I have binges now they are common once a week or twice, I need to stop, then the next 2 days I'll eat low under 1000. I still end up gaining weight in the long run. I'd like to make This only occur once a month or less

one thing i never cook pasta, if I'm cooking for myself or others i do a really healthy low carb meal. and pasta the next day is meant to be good so you should make him eat it!! id say just pack it the next day with salad so you have less pasta? eventually you'll have to throw out some, unless you have a dog lol :)

I'm 5"71/2 inches and im pretty happy with my height and i know when i lose weight i will look more in proportion however i never wear heels, if i had to i would like to be 5"5

I do agree with the weekly weigh in but about last year i would weigh myself everyday and that helped me keep on track as well as motivated me. I guess i wont weigh in tomorrow but i guess i like the feeliing of knowing. maybe ill stick to twice a week so how that goes. when i started gaining weight i wasnt weighing myself…

Im 5'8 and weight 145 but dont look as thin as you use to look, everyone does carry weight differently

You have to custom your protein, set the goals yourself, an intake of 50 for protein is low, mine sits on close to 100 everyday which is my aim

I do mainly record everything just yesterday i didnt and another day as i was too embarrassed for people to look at it and myself.. I find exercising in the morning helps. And keeps me on track. I just have to always remind myself of what im doing this for. Take it one day at time. Thanks though :)

I have the right skills and knowledge I Just have to put it in place. I am about to have breakfast as it's 8am in Australia but i feel I might be sick if I eat much.. Something like an eggwhite omlette my usual? Or I wanted to start making smoothies with spinach as I've never tried that. I have strawberries and yoghurt?

Thanks mermx, I do think I will start to just go for a walk when I think I might binge.. I've read into binge eating and tried to determine if I have this illness but it said people who binge eat ate overweight as I'm not but I could still have it right?

ThAnkyou wild card.. I do think if I had those 5 bowls that I have stuffed up my whole day, then it also makes me really tired because of the carb over load.. I know I'll get stronger eventually just takes time

I did weigh myself every morning i actually found it helped and helped keep me on track then I stopped for a while and let my eating go, but now I think i will go back to weighing myself once a week, which is a good indicator
