  • Starting Phase 2 today. I have lost 1 pound so far, pretty disappointing for me but I know that I need to step up the diet aspect. I eat 1200 a day but have been going over how much sugar I should have each day. I will need to work on that this week.
  • I make this same thing - I use a 1/4 cup to scoop it out and I get 22 muffins out of this... at 98 calories each. I bake for the lowest time on the box and they are always super moist.
  • Cardio day tomorrow will end Phase 1 for me. Week one was hard, but week two I added weights when she made poor Omar do it... still cant do the jumping squat.. but I like challenging myself. I really hate cardio. I know I need to get over it.
  • Well week 1 is complete. Today is my weigh in day and I lost 1 pound last week. I was hoping for more... I felt like I really worked hard and didn't cheat at all on the 1200 calorie plan... boo!
