LOL thank you!! The hardest part will be that it is the holiday season, but I have already been clean eating for almost a year now and so hopefully it won't be much of a challenge. My friends and family think I am crazy but also are verrrrrry accommodating.

What about hanging from a pull up bar and using your core to lift your knees to your chest? I am not sure if that is supposed to tone abs, but my abs kill me when I do those.

I gathered that from google. However, I eat a banana almost every day, plenty of spinach, mushrooms, avocado, other potassium rich foods too. I really doubt that is the cause unless joining crossfit suddenly caused me to need 200% more potassium than ever before.

One slip up bad meal or snack doesn't ruin all your hard work, just like one great meal won't fix it instantly. Just go back to what you were doing, drink water, and stay calm.

The other thing I wonder/worry over is my starting weight. I think if you start off "skinny" and do CF you get more toned and if you start off fatter you get more muscular and define your muscles but keep a lot of fat because you aren't doing cardio. Does that even make sense?

I started Paleo 2 months ago and have lost 13 pounds total. I started Crossfit last Monday and on today's weigh it it is the first time in 2 months that I lost 0. Clearly better than a gain, but I was sad that I felt like I worked harder last week then I had in the 2 months prior and lost 0.

Long story short the hurricane and power outs left me missing out on starting phase 2. I am going to re-do last week starting today and start phase 2 on Monday... my coworker and I are doing it together... she started (they had power) and said it was a killer! I can't wait. Happy Halloween all!

Ugggggg scales shows +2 today. I think this is impossible as I have not been cheating at all. Clothes feel the same so maybe it was just a fluke. I think I am going to stop weighing in every week. Maybe do it once a month or something.
