Dairy has been shockingly easy for me to give up. But I dont feel 100% agaist it as I do with say wheat. I was very skeptical but love it! I dont put the butter in though - just coconut oil and a touch of coconut milk and blend it in my single cup smoothie blender. Will definately need to try adding some pumpkin spice!

what is bulletproof? Im day 3 too and feel like CRUD - I have a MASSIVE headache and I have NO energy. Im rethinking things until after this weekend - I have a half marathon on sat and cannot imagine getting through it feeling like this.

Thanks - I was 80% wheat free before so Im used to having lower carbs and running. I put vanilla unsweetenned almond milk in mine - only 40 calories per 8 oz! And it taste yummy!

We grilled some last night... I think the key is bribing it a few hours in a salt bath. The wash off and marinade... we used spittle olive oil/peppers/garlic/Chili powder/diced onion and enough water to make it coat. Then make sure u don't overdoing.

Everyone has a different preference. I like to run with someone else but prefer to do weights on my own or in a class but focusing just on me.

I HATE egg beaters. I typically will have one whole egg and 2-3 egg whites depending on how hungry I am. I only use local farm eggs that have so much more flavor too.
