I am an emotional eater as well so I understand. You have to move forward, this isn't going to be the last time you fall off the wagon. The important thing is that you get back up and move on. Plus it always makes me feel better if I get in a little exercise when I fall off. Good luck to you!

Everybody is going to have bumps in the road but just get back on track. If it makes you feel better do a little extra exercise. The important thing is you cannot change the past but you can keep moving forward and forgive yourself! Keep up the good work!!

Thanks for posting your story. I think that there are a lot of people out there, including myself, that eat to comfort oneself for one reason or another. Losing 30lbs is a great accomplishment and you should be proud of yourself. I wish you luck on your journey to a healthier you.

It will definitely be a challenge at first but worth it in the end if we stick to it. A friend of mine lost 13lbs and a friend of a friend lost 71lbs in 5 or 6 months. I think that logging in as we go would be ideal but life is busy! I guess a person just has to put themselves first for a change. Also, not sure if you…

Wow, what a difference! I am new to this site but not trying to lose weight so I understand what you are going through. I also put some colorful beachy themed…
