  • yes you can do this I am 54 and also feel like I am on a diet to lose weight all my life. 28 years ago I was a size 8. Now the new size 10 which I think is really size 12. I really want to be down 25 more and am really struggling with it. Happy to invite someone else to the site. You will be encouragted every day.
  • Howdy from Texas. Montana here. Just set your goals and don't be un real 5 lbs at a time some times it is 1 and sometimes it is a gain. Log your food after each time you eat. and remember you can decrease the Cal by exercise. Just be honest with yourself. and the first step is the most difficult. good luck

  • how great you are able to face the oops and you did something different than just go to bed. I don't go to a gym but I find if I can get out and walk at lunch I sure am able to put up the the stuff and not nice people at work. Keep up the great work. Your daughter will learn to appreciate you when she turn about 30.
  • congrats on your up comming marriage. there are a lot of recipies available on line and with the eat this not that helps to subsititute low cal high fiber foods.

  • How true, how true. Keeping a log of things that pass the lips and then the exercise used to burn them up. This site does keep you honest. I take the measurements and the before picture.
