Myfitnesspal has already made your daily calories at a deficit. so if you sat on your butt all day you could still eat 1200 calories and lose your 2 pounds or whatever a week. Swimming, Walking, Tredding Water, Going to the Metro Parks, Climbing through the nature (like rocks and river) is always pretty and u dont even know ur burning calories...but then again u do know...Ummm yea thats what I have been doing! As long as are increasing your heart rate...like you feel it

Well this is a really awesome way to do that! I just signed up about six days ago and lost six pounds...i can not believe it :) Its easy and kinda fun too! You just have to fill out the credentials at the begining and make sure to log your food, and it makes it fun to see what you at...what u have left and alll that goood…

I was wondering myself about that...i am gonna get the book just to see....maybe from the liabrary and read and see....im sure it works....anything with guidlines like that usually shows results...reguardless if they are healthy or not...but i dont see why that one wouldnt be healthy.
