I weigh myself every morning but will probably be changing that to every week. I'm doing the 30DS and my weight is staying the same but I'm still losing inches. So rather than being discouraged I'm just going to focus on the measuring tape instead!

Mine was trying on clothes in the same stores I've shopped at for years. I hadn't been clothes shopping in quite some time so when I finally did, I found that nothing fit! So frustrating! I knew it was time to change everything.

I'm on day 15 today of 30DS and was VERY sore in the beginning. I pushed through daily though and once you stretch and start moving, you don't feel the pain. Keep going and you'll be proud that you did! After moving on to Level 2 I felt all that soreness all over again, but in new places. I'm just now starting to not be as…
