  • I am going to do my morning as usual food wise, get a workout in then we are off to my sis in laws for the afternoon and dinner so I am not going to log, although she does know we are changing habits at home so I am sure she will have healthier options but there will be yummy desserts too

  • DON'T drop to 1000, your body needs minimum 1200 Calories/day to function, your body will go into starvation mode and you don't want that.
