I am between 5.4-5.5 and CW is 165 .... GW is 130 lbs with a toned body :) aiming to get it in 6 months and hope i will do this time :)

Always :P i restarted a week back and aiming to jus finish my 30 min of minimum exercise everyday instead of really concentrating on too many things at once!!

I am 30 and 5..5 .. I am currently 165 lbs and aiming to be 128lbs and/or toned with +/- 2 to 5 lbs by June 2013. Please suggest if u know any tricks to interest the routine and stick with the goal :) am very bad at consistency n need motivation every single day :)

Definitely when its feasible to you..But since you mentioned that you feel tired and sleepy during the workout when u do it as last thing at night., and as you have the flexibility to get up much early than ur baby... try that routine for a while and see among the two..what works the best. Hope its helpful!

Actual Garcinia Cambogia is an ayurvedic herb which boosts metabolism and helps in weight loss. But I am not sure in this world and era of manipulation,if a genuine herb will be used to make those capsules :)

Me too ..... I am trying to lose 30 by May... started afresh yesterday after falling off the wagon several times........ And dont want to give up this time ... Looking forward to a Lifestyle change..

When I did for the first time... I took 4 breaks (more than 2 min each) and took 45 mins to complete the CD.... Second day was good though ... I took only 2 breaks for lesser time and finished in 30 min. So I would say..target at completing the video and dont care about the time .... also, push ups...i cannot do them…
