P90X Vs Insanity
My big bro is working harder for a perfect body. He is currently doing JM Ripped in 30 and all that we have are 30 DS and RI30 at the moment. I am looking forward to gift him a good DVD set which gives him more variety and challenge in his workouts. Can anyone please suggest which is the best? P90X or Insanity. Thank you!
