Best workouts for quick fat loss - inputs needed

Hi.,
I am new to Myfitnesspal.... with some serious weightloss goals.. I have started the gym since last week after a gap of 5 months... I attend Kickboxing, Zumba and other sessions for 1 hour.Also I do kettlebells swing for 10-12 min for 3 times a week.
I want to lose my fat asap with right workout and healthy eating as I tried other diets which helpemd to lose weight fast but made me sick very quickly n ultimately ended up gaining 3X more weight.
Please let me know the best workouts to lose fast as I have my first wedding anniversary on Thanksgiving weekend and wanna lose 20lbs by then but steadily FOREVER.

As long as you're burning the calories it doesn't really matter which exercise you're doing. The only suggestion I have is to incorporate some strength training0

Try not to overdo it. Most diets and exercise fail because too many people jump in and practically kill themselves because they want to lose weight fast. Then they burn out and gain the weight back and some. Just settle in and realize that slow weight loss is healthy.0
