Hi there!!
I have read couple of threads mentioning LS walk exercises are easy on joints etc., not just in MFP but also in You Tube comments.
I tried it last evening and after 2 hours, my right knee started hurting and the pain runs through till my hip.... was wondering why. I do have a minor problem with my right knee and any kind of pressure for long time will cause a bit of pain. However, while doing the workout I didnt feel any sort of pressure on my knees or joints and it was quite a smooth experience. After the workout, I started to feel the burn in my legs and hands too and felt very very tired.
I want to add, yesterday was not just a normal day. I did a lot of household chores, walked to the nearest market and then did the LS exercise.
I did 3 miles Walk away the pounds for Abs.
Please let me know if anyone had any issues with her.
Thanks for reading and your advice.Appreciate it!!
