I eat at 7 8 or 10pm sometimes depending on my sched and I've still lost weight *shrugs* Good luck !

206 when I started it (don't weigh in until 11/21) and so far I have lost 2" off ea arm, 2" off waist and hips :) The first 2 days were hell for me but I am on day 20 now and am actually able to do a girl push up (couldn't do it before) I am now doing level 1 in the AM and level 3 in the afternoon these next 10 days ^u^…

Ziiping up a pair of size 12 pants(started with size 20/22W) and although they are tight, I could not get them past my calves 8 months ago!!!

ha I have always lied about my weight (100 lb lie) >.< I have 24 lbs more pounds to lose, to NO longer be 100lbs over the weight on my license lol

Used to be a eat when I am bored kinda girl or when I would watch the damn Food network, now I have relearned to eat when I am hungry eh about every 4 hours or so ^u^

I agree ^^ I did them twice and it jump started my loss of inches, never gained those inches back just kept losing :) I just did it to jump start my weight loss lol Never had any side effects.

Only lost 5lbs last month BUT I am seeing a definite change in my entire body especially my bum, arms and mid section (so far lost 7 inches overall half way through) ^u^
