Don't really care what we are having since this is our first bb after having a mc two years ago. Losing 101lbs was totally worth knowing I will meet our little bean in Jan of next year :)

I used to take Albuterol and Advair for my asthma but after losing weight it's been like almost a year since I have touched any of them. I also have PCOS and supposedly that also makes it difficult to lose weight. I think it all depends on your determination and being honest with yourself. Even when I had setbacks I just…

First off congrats on your amazing success thus far!!! :) I can relate especially at the beginning. My fam used to think I was starving myself so much so that my grandmother and my mother came to stay with me at diff times for a solid week. I changed nothing about my everyday and they got to see that I actually did eat…

Oh and I cut out ALL soda (only drink water) it has taken…

  this! People not recognizing me and a higher libido are to of the "bad" things from weight loss lol

Hmm for me it has been more of the quality of food I eat as oppose to the calorie # itself. Once I cut out soda and sugary drinks (except for coffee lol),cutting back on salt and sugar it dramatically changed everything :) Try maybe changing up your work out routine too :) It takes a while to fig out what your body will…

I think we all have those rants and have to vent, but please keep in mind everyone is different. Truly we are all diff. I can't completely omit sweets or fast food. Now I just incorporate them in moderation, otherwise when I reintroduce them I will be back to square one. That however works for ME. Stay focused and…

I am at 100lb loss in about a year and a half some months I lost 2lbs others 10lbs it just varied on what I was eating and if I moved my body that month lol once I cut out soda (all soda) and cut my sodium to 1,500-2,000 mg a day and sugar down to 24-28mg a day it has dramatically helped. One of the biggest things that helped me and still helps me to keep going even if I gain weight is to pay attention to my measurements :) I also keep an eye out on clothes I'd like to fit into so I have something tangible to have as a goal instead of just a number on the scale or a specific size. When I think I am hungry I…
