It IS possble :) Still a work in progress (48lbs to go from 132lbs when I started last year ) Cutting out soda all together and only drinking water helped cut back on my sugar intake,lowering my salt intake to 2,000mg or lower,I eat about 1500 cals a day and exercising 4x's a week min 45min- even if that means just walking…

I use youtube for my free zumba sessions and JM 30 DS,I run up and down the 6 flights of stairs in my building, plus I walk/jog outdoors so $0 on gym and food about $100 a month on frutis,meats and veggies...used to spend twice that much piling on the junk food *shrugs* go figure. Good luck doll!

I now have PCOS symptoms under control.I found making exercise (walking/JM 30DS/jogging) a part of my everyday life just like I do brushing my teeth,taking showers etc has helped BIG time. LOVE Trader Joe's - Chili Lime Chicken Burgers- I usually cook them and make them into tacos or over a spinach and jicama salad with lime and cilantro vinagrette :)

I went down in sizes every 30lbs, I am an apple shape gal so I too have to wash my jeans often to have them fit well lol Good luck doll!!!

Avoid condiments like guac,sour chream and cheese,fajitas (really high in fat and sodium)go for their grilled fish or chicken options with beans de la olla (if optional) or veggies as a side or just get a salad with a low cal dressing

I was diagnosed at the age of 16 this is the first time I have ever been a size 12/14 (26lbs away to my lowest weight)so this site def works, but because of PCOS I have to work even harder to work my mid section.Good luck doll :)

I have had success I could have never imagined! At 5'4" I have 10 more to lose before reaching the 100lb loss and 35-40lbs to reach my gw? Not sure I honestly NEVER thought I would look like I do at 90lb loss so we shall see.This site does work! I eat 1500 cals a day and work out 30 min minimun 5x's a week.Sweat+better…
