I am lucky because I live 300 miles from anyone who knew the "fluffier" me and it is pretty liberating :smile: I don't post my weight loss on FB or Twitter like other friends who are losing too,because like you said it is somewhat embarassing...kinda like well let's see how long she will keep…

I would think it depends on the person,it took me 20lbs to go from 20/22W-18, 30lb loss to a 16 and 20 lb loss to my curent loose size 14 .Then again I started my journey at 281-285lbs.Good luck on your journey though!

I drink absolutely no caffeine during this time (I usually have a cup of coffee in the morning) and I eat more berries (2 cups instead of one a day) that has helped me not be at a stand still .Hope that helps ^u^

All I did was walk the first few months and as the lbs shed I began to incorporate other exercises and am now doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred in the comfort of my own home.I say as long as you are moving you are on a road to succcess ^u^ Good luck doll!!

Hmm it has actually helped curb my sweet tooth :) I drink 1 cup every morning with skim milk and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar.Then again the only olther beverage I drink is water .So far I've lost 70lbs since February ^u^
