Hi all - Thanks for the responses..1800-200 calories a day is doable for me. I kept trying Atkins thinking that I couldent stand to do 1200 calories again, but at 2000 calories, I have have some of the 'cheat' stuff occasionally without blowing the whole day, and that is such a *huge* relief for me!! Makes this 'for life'…

Yeah, I got some of the kind frozen in a bag with like 10 in there. Cooked up 5 yesterday, and was famished this morning so I decided to scarf down 2. Sounds like 198 is pretty close tho. Thanks! Lisa

Hey Clare - I am doing calorie cycling(just starting out), where I start the week at 1000(ish) calories and end up the week between 1800 and 2000. I am reading that it keeps the body guessing and hopefully the pounds rolling off. I think about anything I would want I can fit into my eating plan on 2000 calories a day.…

Omeletts! Try a pizza omelet. 2 eggs scrambled, 1/4 ragu pizza sauce, 1/4 mozzarella cheese. Soooo good and tasts like a cheat. 275 calories + maybe a fruit like an orange, and still under 400 calories. Cheese omelet. I love protein for breakfast, gets me off on the right foot :-) Lisa
