If I eat the calories I would at goal, I should lose, right?
I am doing some calorie cycling, some low days, some high days, but if I eat the number of calories weekly that I would at goal, I should lose with no problems, right? Its easier than taking my current weight, rerunning it thru the calculator every 5 lbs to determine what I should be eating "this week"" Opinions? TIA, Lisa

Favorite Dinner Meals?
Hi all - Had the best dinner last night, 8 oz of 93% taco meat, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, a tortilla that I baked to make for the bowl, 4 tb of sour cream, lettuce, and 1/4 cup salsa. Calories in mfp database way off?
I looked up boneless skinless chicken breast and for 7 ounces, it showed me 58 calores. Sheesh, that is no help, so I used a different selection from the search list and came up wit 198 calories.
