  • LA Fitness all over the Northeast side of Indy. I like the flexibility the gym offers as well as being able to go to one close to work, home or wherever I happen to be for the day. I also have recently begun to do some mountain and road biking which I like a lot but will obviously not be doable in the next couple months.

  • I love that you ride also. I just started riding this summer. My weight loss goals come with rewards of new bikes :) I know I am probably justifying the large purchases but at least it's good motivation.

  • 1. Counting calories absolutely works and to add to that it is the only thing that works for losing weight. There is no magic pill or diet that will get you where you want unless they somehow get you to use more calories than you consume. 2.
