I would eat more than just fruit and yogurt for lunch- add a small sandwich! I agree with adding peanut butter- that's a good yummy way to add calories, and there's nothing wrong with whole eggs. If you cook, you can always use olive oil/coconut oil for some healthy fat and calories.

I love food also and used to struggle with waking up feeling gross because of what I ate the night before. I also love to cook and I had trouble with bad late night snacks. I could never cut alcohol. I just try to fit it into my calories, make sure to drink enough water, and mix my hard liquor with things like diet tonic rather than juice or soda. I do love my wine though... :drinker:

Water is water. Maybe coffee can be water too. But anything else is something you'll be logging in your calorie count. I guess if its Crystal Lite and has 0 calories you can log it as water. I wouldn't log soda as water though... even if it is diet soda. I mostly drink only water or coffee in a day and I don't log it, and…

I don't know if iPods have GPS but you would have to have a GPS signal if you want to use a running app to track your distance, time, pace, etc. If you have a smartphone then you could use edomondo, runtastic, mapmyrun... Or you could get a GPS watch. I don't have one myself but I'm looking into getting one.

If I don't eat a little something I definitely have NO energy. Usually a piece of toast or english muffin with peanut butter does the trick for me.
