  • I pretty much only drink water but im not really sure if I drink enough or not. I need to start to monitor it to be sure! I try to drink a glass in the morning, at lunch, at dinner and after I run. I do drink one cup of black coffee most days as well. Thanks for the reminder and ill try adding a few more glasses a day!

  • I havent used insanity but I do the P90-X. I dont do it on a reg basis though. I like to mix it up.P-90X is good because they tell you to do what you can not what they are doing and he shows you easier versions of some things. Its has several cardio dvds and also has dvds with weights.
  • I dont think running with vibrams/barefoot would be a good idea. If you overpronate then you will do it with or without shoes(unless designed for overpronation) and will only cause more problems.
  • I have the P90X ab ripper dvd.. It works every ab muscle and is 15 minutes long. See if you can find the dvd.
  • Have you tried yoga? I have the P-90X yoga dvd and it really works the core.
  • 4 miles is A LOT for someone that hasnt trained. I can stop running for a few weeks and its like I have to start all over again! Go ahead and do it if you like but I wouldnt count on being able to run the entire time. And if your in the south the heat makes it really hard!!

  • CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO... dont worry about lifting weights untill after the wedding. Try to run/ fast walk ATLEAST 30 min a day. Or try the elliptical or bike.
