I've been keeping Gap Body and Target in business while I lost. I have a couple of pairs of "nice" underwear (Wacoal, so amazing and worth the money), but I have had to size down 3 sizes in day-to-day wear. I tried so, so hard to just keep them around until I was "done", but then they would start falling down when I was…

Just for fun, here are the ingredients: Soybean oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, water, honey, distilled vinegar, pineapple juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, salt, spice, lime juice (water, lime juice concentrate, lime oil), xanthan gum, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate added as preservatives, natural…

Alternatively, you can use 99 luftballons.

I used phentermine. I went to one of those weight loss clinic dealies where they give you phentermine pills and B12 shots. I lost about 30 pounds, felt completely shaky and cracked out, then after about a month and a half I got a tolerance to it and the normal dosage didn't "do it" anymore, and I gained it all back and…

Oh wow, your stat charts are so cool! I love data. I lose in stairsteps- I'll drop 5-6 pounds all of a sudden, then stay completely still for up to 2 or 3 months, then down it goes by 5-6 again. It's very frustrating because I continue my workouts and eat pretty consistently. Having been through a few of these…

Woohoo Avocado! My afternoon snack these last couple of weeks is avocado slices with a little light mayo on sprouted grain toast (plus a pinch of salt and pepper). It helps me get through the rest of the day.

Good to know. I'm glad for that god awful smell, though, because before it started getting to me I would roll into there and get 2 footlongs happily. Brr, thankfully that was a long time ago.

I eat a relatively late dinner so I try to avoid the sweet craves, but when I just gotta have something I adore these frozen banana slices from Trader Joes. They're called "gone bananas", covered in chocolate, and you can take out just a piece or two at a time so it's low investment macro-wise.

Yeah, I cannot stand the smell enough to even go in there, so gross. I read that smell is something with the bread proofing, I dunno. Anyway, I don't think it's any surprise people underestimate how many calories they're eating, especially when we eat things that have so many different ingredients in them. Added sugars,…

No one ever got super ripped by accident.

I joined a boot camp class at my gym because it keeps me accountable and for that hour I'm totally focused on whatever exercise we're doing so I'm not staring at the clock. If I have someone telling me "ok, one minute of mountain climbers, then go flip that tire, now push ups" or whatever, then the time goes by without me…

They should call that "peanut" spread, yikes. Personally, I'm not a fan of imitations, I say go for the real thing (or almond butter!) and just cut down on the amount if it doesn't fit your macros.

It takes like, 2 minutes to slice strawberries. Or grab some cheese sticks in the market, those are a good snack and quick.

Try slicing off the portion you want but leaving the pit in the rest that you will be storing, and wrap it in saran wrap, pressing it down against it all as much as possible to keep any air out. I can make one last in the fridge 4 days like that (well, because I eat a quarter of it every day).

I'm making this: http://goop.com/recipes/dinner/fish-fingers-two-ways, Old Bay and Mustard Fish Fingers, though I don't use the gluten free bread crumbs like good ol' Gwennie does. So good, my fiance loves em. Oven roasted potatoes and maybe some sauteed kale to go with. And now I'm hungry.

It's a really great investment, some of the best money I've ever spent. Make sure to get a digital one, that does both oz and grams. On mine you can pull out the piece with the display on it in case you want to put extra big bowls or plates on there and you can still see the display, that's useful. Super valuable piece of…

When I was ultralow-carbing it, I totally lived on sashimi. So much yum! Now I know what I want for dinner...

Way to go! Obstacle races are sooooo addictive. You should be so proud, there are a whole lot of people who would never even attempt such a thing. Too bad for them, I say. I've done a 5k one and a 10k one so far, this fall I'm aiming for my first Tough Mudder. Just keep on trucking, you're a badass!

Personally, I love unsweetened almond milk. I'm not lactose free or anything, I just think it tastes good and has a better flavor for me than cow's milk.

I know, right? I wanna know the difference between day 16 and day 17. At midnight on day 16 does the weight just drop off so by day 17 you can stop?

I do almost all my shopping there- here are my "regulars": -7Grain Sprouted Bread- it's pretty much the only bread I eat, high in protein and fiber -Uncured turkey bacon- excellent protein source -Greek Yogurt (I use it a lot, the TJs brand has a good taste and is a bit cheaper) -Tomato Basil Marinara sauce- I always have…

I can't eat them, the sodium totally does me in. I used to eat them regularly and noticed my ankles becoming swollen almost constantly, and it went away when I stopped eating them (well, I stopped eating all microwaved convenience foods, so it's not Lean Cuisine specifically, but those were my favorite). Just as well, I…

Mine's public, I'm not hoarding the secret of turkey bacon all to myself.

I mix mine up with greek yogurt, I guess the texture is an acquired taste for people, but I love it.
