Currently intermittent fasting (9pm till 2pm) and taking 200mcg GHRP-2 per day..... My appetite is actually lower come 2pm than it was when I was eating breakfast. I train fasted at 12 and have set new PB's in every exercise. For me, the results are in and subsequently, breakfast is out!!

Also, if you have high blood pressure already, be prepared for that to shoot through the roof after a few weeks. It literally does irreparable damage to your heart that just isn't worth it.

Spot on...... I'm going to be struck down here but taking meds is just lazy..... Pound the pavement or lift strong and you will feel much, much better about yourself when you do lose the pounds you desire.

Have used it before and lost weight with it. However as soon as you stop using it and your appetite readjusts, you will gain all the lost weight (+ more) if you are not extremely careful. The fact is, you will become a skinny fat (someone who looks skinny but basically loses all lean muscle in the process). Without this…

Hi there Em, Welcome back... Ignore the URL from the website I'm about to send you but it's what inspired me to lose weight for the 5th time in my life after failing 4 times. I have lost 63 pounds over 12 months and am now exercising 6 nights a week. You can definitely do the exact same thing if you have the willingness...…

That sort of weight loss is absolutely ridiculous!!! To starve yourself that much, the body would be going into survival mode and would start to canabilise itself by eating muscle tissue. Let's not forget that we all aim to lose "Fat", not "Weight". There is a massive difference!!! With less muscle mass, her body will burn…

You should always accept as less body mass means less calories required to keep it running. Good luck with your fat loss .... Don't get hung up on the past failures as there is nothing you can do about…

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I do a lot of dawdling on my way to work so I definitely still need to get the heart rate up after work. Wish it wasn't getting so cold though.

Hi there... DONT give up.... Think about why you are here and what benefit would come from throwing in the towel. I can guarantee that nothing good comes with being overweight and unhealthy!! You mention your exercise which sounds fantastic but you didn't say much about what you're putting in your mouth. This may be the…

Hi Jeswolfe6, I often have the same problem living with 2 other fit and healthy guys. The real world truth is that you have a problem with your weight and they don't. You need to put your foot down and say NO. I know for a fact that this is extremely hard and I have failed many times but I have only just realised that even…
