  • Got married 8 yrs ago. We paid for the meal which was $15.99 a plate and had a cash bar. If they wanted to drink they could pay for it. Those who likes to get drunk at your expense won't because they won't pay for their own drink. Made for a nicer wedding to be honest.
  • the only way to know what it taste like is to buy it and try it. Everyone has different taste. It's good for me, but I can't tell you that you'd like it. Try it.
  • walked 3 miles with a friend at 6:15 am

  • I have a kindle fire. I have a library card from my home town and I can download a book from any library in Ohio. There are lots of free books on amazon, pixelofink, and frugalgirls, have lots of free ones also. It's a personal choice but the choices are awesome.
  • First, you can make her do it.She has to want to do it for herself. But hey, let her watch you log your food and get her to see how the support is on her and let nature take it's course. Good luck.
  • I'm the only one that eats them here. But I eat 30 of them a day. That is two fruits for me on the plan I'm doing. If you can't eat then freeze them. At our stores here you can buy the larger bag or get a smaller bag and put the amount of grapes in that you want.
  • It's what makes you happy. Will your insurance pay for it? Probably not so that will be out of your pocket. I had a reduction after losing my weight because the top of me did not go down and I looked top heavy. So yes, I did it. It is a personal choice so what makes you happy. Good luck
  • I have three things I have found in food, roach, ant , and hair. The forth was at a high end resturant......and they could not decide what it was.....my meal was free.....................
  • I wipe them before I use them for the ones who walked away and didn't wipe them and also I wipe them when I am done.
  • you might not be eating enough. you body needs food to burn food.
  • replace the cig. with something else to do....NOT food. clean, go visit a friend, call a friend, do charity work. etc.
  • I agree pb2 and it comes in a choc also.
  • My scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 music. I really don't listen to much music. I am a reader.
  • did ww and MFP is the best. Don't weigh yourself all the time once a week is good. But if you have to weigh everyday take it with a grain of salt and don't focus so much. My dietitian has me weigh every morning and with my tracking it tells her what I'm doing wrong. That is a big help but if it bothers you about the gains…
  • was in a factory where they made it and I'll never touch it.Sorry no help here.
  • This is in response to Kris... I am not sure how to respond by the quote. My husband and I have actually had serious talks about having one or 2 more women into our relationship. Nothing to do with religion but for other reasons. 1 or 2 more incomes in the home, 1 or 2 more people to clean, cook, do laundry, yard work…
  • There is a show on sunday evening at 9pm with Chris Powell . I get it on channel 5 in Ohio. He takes one person and works with them for a yr. The guy sunday night lost 200 lbs in a yr. You can do it. But you have to be determined. You can't let anyone get in your way. YOU have to want it bad enough to work for it. The show…
  • you must be stuck with me hahaha....so far I'm the closest. You know if you ever want to go to a game...come on over and stay here all we do is go down one block and straight to Massillon. You are welcom got an extra bed. Stay as long as you want.
  • if you really want a plan go to a dietitian and get her plan which will be healthy and go from that but a plan won't make you healthy if you don't stick with it. Find a plan that you can live with. Good luck
  • there isn't really a quick fix. Be happy with where you are and keep working towards your goal. Get your hair done, do your nails, get a nice dress and heels and go for it and be content. One day soon you'll be at goal!! Good luck.
  • QUIT smoking....look at the money you are burning up save that and buy something for your house or buy healthier food. What is more important

  • When I met my husband 8 yrs ago he said sexy is between the ears!! It doesn't matter ....it's what you think about yourself....and how you react to that is sexy. All between the ears.....
  • Jackie, you had a great question. Yesterday is gone. ONCE you overeat make your next meal on track. You can add exercise to help off set the food you ate. But you might weight more the next day. It is what you do on the next day that is more important and even more it's what you do after you binge. Forget yesterday, you…
  • Kindle Fire and their support for any questions you have is awesome!!
  • I agree sugar in the fruit and salt will do that. Also, if you are careful with the serving size that can also help with a gain. I only get 2 fruits a day per dietitian because of the sugar content. Hope you got some good advice. YOU can do it. Be more aware of what you are eating for awhile and you'll be able to figure…
  • I had two cups of coffee, with my oatbran pancakse, with 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter with no sugar/calorie syrup and 15 grapes on the side. YUM!!
  • also if you don't eat enough your body will not burn fat. So each person is different. Hope you figure it out . You can do it.
  • well you said you didn't log and you ate out twice. That would be clue number one. Salt is another issue when eating out. If you didn't exercise. Our bodies goes up and down a few lbs one way or the other. But the first two things you said would be my clue to why you gained. Just my 2 cents worth.
  • I looked at one day and you ate 600 and some calories. That is why you are not losing. You have to eat food to lose.
