  • I also gave up alcohol because it affect my sugar and now I have diabetes and take meds for it. It really wasn't worth it but as I said a can of 7up and put a crystal light in it makes a great drink...add both to a glass and stir when you add the 7up to dissolve the crystal light. Hope you try it.
  • don't worry about it. I'd say he is insecure and is afraid you'll leave if you look nice and others guys will be after you. Just make him secure that you are there for the long haul....hahahaha. That's my 2 cents worth.
  • Yep, same here. Dr. told me I lost the layer of fat and that is why I'm cold. I can get goose bumps just drinking ice water. But I'd rather be cold than fat. So I can add layers of clothes if I need them. NO problem!!
  • save your money, pay yourself and get motivated. make up your own plan. There is alot you can do and you don't have to pay someone else. Pay YOURSELF and when you reach goal you have money to buy new clothes.

  • just finished mine for the day. As soon as hubby leaves for work I get my coffee and plan my food for the day then it's done. No guessing and no worrying about what I'm going to eat. I print it out and lay it on the table and refer to it when needed.

  • I'm sure the teacher said go at your own pace.....it would be good at least they did something. Mixing it up will hopefully introduce kids to different kinds of workouts.   • What I see, is you do a diet and lose and go off track . You try something else...lose and go off track. You are not making it a lifestyle change. You are dieting.   • I did yahoo..........and boy did I meet a bunch of losers........then I got lucky and met my husband as of today. That was 9 yrs ago. So there is hope.....but you will find alot of losers first as with any site. Good luck
