Fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, or heck why not an Egg McMuffin?

I have gone into an automated mode for breakfast because it helps me set up for the day and I know exactly how many calories I have left. I have 50grams good quality oats, 10g seeds (these have kept my skin and hair in really good condition throughout the weight loss), hot water - cooked in microwave and then I add 100 ml semi skimmed organic milk once cooked. You can add raisins too. I have a glass of hot water with this and a multi-vit tablet. If it is an adventurous day - a handful of frozen mixed berries. I m not joking - this keeps me happy for hours. Great for breakfast for work, slow release carbs and low GI.

premake a pancake and take fruit for the top of it. waffle and fruit, yogurt and fruit. cook egg beaters and take with you and make a sandwich.

Fresh berries...raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries, with 3 Tbs. of hemp hearts and 1/4 cup of organic Greek yogurt. Sometimes I add a cut up banana. I may also have a soft boiled egg with it. This is a good road food option for me too, because I travel for work, so I don't often have access to a stove when I'm gone.

You could hard-boil eggs in advanced or make deviled eggs (I like these: http://www.deviledegg.org/deviled-egg-recipes/curry-deviled-eggs). You can also have combinations of berries or other fruit, plain yogurt, and nuts/seeds or eat them by themselves. If you don't mind eating non-traditional breakfast foods you can heat up leftovers or have a salad. You could also make smoothies in a blender and put it in a thermos, I mix coconut milk, ice, berries, milled flax seed, almond butter or coconut oil, some protein powder, and a bit of spinach. Hope this helps! :flowerforyou:

Bagel thins have great macros for only 110 calories, bananas, yogurt, etc. I eat breakfast at work with a similar setup to you and my diary is open to all if you want to check it out.
  • how about toaster waffles (whole grain version) spread with almond/peanut butter and topped with a sliced banana?

or microwave an apple and top with vanilla greek yogurt and whole grain cereal

cream of wheat or oat bran (not oatmeal but still tasty)

    brown rice "pudding"

    english muffin sandwich

    whole grain breakfast muffin (homemade)
