  • You just need to be more careful on the week end. Say, I'm going to have this....so now I need to do more exercise to eat that. Make it a trade off. Sometimes when you look at the calories and realize how long you'd have to workout to get rid of it. That's a motivator to try a little harder. I sometimes overdo on the week…
  • I have done both and I have done so much better with myfitnesspal. ONE , I don't have to count points which takes alot of time. TWO, I love logging in my food and it allows me to see where I'm at for the day. I fill in my food for the day first thing in the morning or sometimes I do it at night for the next day. I print it…
  • They should of sent them all home.....that is what they wanted....and brought back they ones who went home and took the top 4 people who lost the most weight. That would of showed the dummies....who was boss. Not let them tell them what to do. YOU want to go home ...there is the door. Selfish people they were last night.
  • There are people who are very restriced for their intake. We don't always k now what their medical history is. My intake was modified because of health reasons. I hate to think I would be bloced for doing what the dr request from the dietitian. Sometimes it's best not to judge others. I understand because of your problem.…
  • The only thing I will suggest is to contact child services, this is a form of abuse, and should not be left in their care. I agree with this post. I'd say the child is really unhappy and eating to deal with some issues. Just my 2 cents worth
  • started at 5 foot 4 inches and 210 lbs. after neck and back surgery I am now 5 foot 2 1/2 and 149 lbs ==minus 71 lbs
  • Well , first I would check with your DR. to make sure there is nothing wrong. I've had low back surgery and neck surgery....so you would not want to do something if there is a medical reason for the pain. That would be where I would start first.
  • Welcome, this is a great site and full of support. Of course you can do it. I started out at 210 lbs and I am now at 146 and 11 lbs from my goal. I also did ww but didn't like counting every point. I switched to just eating healthier and keeping track on here and I'm doing amazing. You can do it. Hang in there. Neva
  • thanks cause that is putting my sodium intake way out there...

  • good diet....DH is doing it and lost 30 lbs and he looks great. I'm starting it today cause I have 23 lbs to lose. Our friends in PA started when DH did and they both have lost 30 lbs since jan the 1st.
  • Just to let you know I started at 210 lbs and wore a size 24 dress....now I'm down whatever my slider says and wear a size 10 to 12. YOU can do it....hang it there....we want things to happen overnight but I didn't get fat overnight and I didn't lose it overnight. Be positive and you will go a long way...Go for it because…
  • take it a meal at a time....look at the short term....3 meals make a day....21 meals make a wk....don't look at the big picture take small steps and you will get there. Do it for yourself.....one bite and one meal at a time.
