  • If you go to a church or there is a church near by maybe go talk to the pastor....tell him and ask if there is any help he can find for you since you can not pay for any. You just might be surprised at how much a church could help you. Just my 2 cents worth.

  • 3 meals and 2 snacks works for me 300 cal. for breakfast 300 cal. for lunch and 500 cal for supper. If I want any snacks I take 2 ...100 cal snack between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and supper. If I have the snacks I take away cal for my supper. I do a total of 1200 calories a day. It works for me.

  • been there and done that ..........that is why I QUIT....I just want a plan to eat and NOT worry about how many pts this has or that has. Myfitnesspal makes it alot easier to just log what you eat and it totals it up for you.
  • I have a diet blueberry muffin I make (53calories), I pk of original oats, with 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and 6 whole almonds. with a cup of decaf coffee. Total 296 calories and it holds me till lunch. Hope that helps

  • My thinking is I plan for what I want to eat. If it's something I normally don't eat then I plan for it. I eat it without any guilt. That way there are no emotions attached to it. I planned I enjoyed and that makes it stress free.

  • 1 cup fat free milk, 2 T. pb2, pack of sweetner, little vanilla and ice...put in blender. The more ice you add the thicker it gets. It makes a peanut butter milkshake. YUMMY
  • lose the weight then get a boob job...it does make a difference and it would be a great motivator. Just my 2 cents worth. went from a 44GG to a 40 B with a boob job. It was so worth it.

  • Just be on track with tracking your food, drink the water and do some weigh lifting and do what you can with the condition of your feet and knees. I watch what I do since I've had neck and back surgery,and knee surgeries, but I still can ride my bike and walk and exercise. Find something you can do and go for it. But…

  • I ride my bike with my husband all the time. We do alot of the rails to trails but it has to be over 20 miles to ride.
