I just finished L1D4! I was not as sore this morning as I have been on days past. But that did not mean I didn't feel the burn doing the workout today! Anyone else use a HRM to mark cals burned doing the 30DS? Mine has been steadily increasing cals burned since I started. Anyone else noticing that?

My Great Aunt was hospitalized for drinking too much water! Well, she was about 78 at the time and she just had her bladder stinted. Light weights. I'm using 2lb hand weights. You will also want a yoga type mat. She does crunches and the mat really helps if you have hard floors. ;)

Just finished L1D3. I burned even more cals today than yesterday! My HRM says I burned 361 cals over 28 mins. Anyone else notice an increase of cals burned? I'm thinking it is because I am pushing through the pain/ache I have in all my muscles! LOL! I'm glad I got it done and out of the way today!

I do the same thing. I have seen on here that some log it under circuit training. That would totally cover what you are doing while doing 30DS. ;)

Good for you Paul!! I know swimming back and forth, from one side to the other is good. Also hold onto the wall and do some leg lifts. Either facing the wall and kicking backwards or facing away and lifting your legs up and down. The water is resistance so it should not only help you burn cals, but also build some muscle.…

I did this challenge yesterday!! I subbed the 20 mins of walking with 30 mins of yoga. It was the first time I have ever done yoga and it kicked my butt! LOL! Are you doing another thread for today?

I really need to drink more water. I was drinking 1/2 my weight in ounces or more a day. But somehow I slacked off. I really need to get back on track! Water is great for you! :)
