Homemade bread high in calories?
I baked 2 loaves of whole wheat bread over the weekend. I ran the recipe through the recipe maker thing here and my bread per slice is like 100 calories higher than Nature's Own Whole Wheat bread! Strength training at home?

NSV in only 5 short days!
I stared Jillian's 30DS this past Friday. I took measurements and ............. I have lost some "fluff" already!! Just 5 days in! I'm really happy about that too! My scale has not really moved and I just changed my calorie goal. So, to see a NSV was a real plus! :)
