Good Morning All! I am back ... again. HA! I am doing this in tandem with WW Online. I could really use some accountability, so feel free to add me! My cals seem low, but I am hitting my 23 points daily on WW. Well, so far this week that is. HA! The weekends usually kill me.

Good Morning! I'm a 41 yr old Mom to 2 kids who works part time. I fell off the wagon when I went back to work in the fall and I really need to get my butt in gear! I would love some new, active friends on MFP to help keep me accountable! I was debating WW, but I hear the new point system is really not that great. The…

Hello! I'm 41 and really need to get back on track with logging. I was debating WW, but I keep hearing how the new system is evil. But I kinda wanted to accountability of weekly weigh ins. But my schedule doesn't jive with the available schedule of the meetings. So, I am here. Hoping I can keep logging daily again. Baby…

Here's what yesterday's log looked like. I log my workouts the same every day. Obviously today there is something wrong.
-
MFP added multiplied my exercise entry. I log my jog in MFP. usually the adjustment adjusts after I enter my workouts. But today it added 8 more entries after I logged my one entry.
-
ME!! Mine is just over -2000!!! Not cool. I have emailed MFP, but they claim to have a high amount of emails and may not get back to me for a few days. DAYS. It also added my ONE exercise entry NINE times. NINE. *sigh*

That is just a wonderful story! Congrats to you and your life style change! Truly an inspiration for sure!

Oh this is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing!!! BUMP!

Big difference! I think sometimes if it's gradual, people don't notice. Or like someone else said they may think there's a health problem and don't want to bring up a bad topic. So, I say ... screw their silence! Hahaha! You look good! Keep it up! :-)

Gosh ... I use Land O Lakes full cream in my New England Coffee - Donut Shop Blend K-cup! It's 40 cals for 2 TBS! AND NO SUGAR! But I prefer my coffee creamy not sweet. :-/

I did it 2 yrs ago and lost 6 pounds - eating with in my goals here. I also lost inches I know I went down a dress size for sure. AND my husband noticed that my body was getting leaner. It's not a huge calorie burner though. You WILL feel it though, so it's doing something! Ha! I'm doing it again now. I'm on Level 1 Day 8.

First I want to fit into the jeans I got 2 years ago. I rocked those jeans! I'd like to look better for pictures. Lose the rolls round the middle. Finish C25K - I got all the way and stopped when I had TWO days to go. Ugh.

I'm 5'2" pushin 5'3" and I fluctuate between 169 to 171. Currently I'm in 14's from the Wal*Mart. I had gotten down to 156 and was wearing a 12 in American Eagle jeans. I don't know what size WM jeans though. I have some clothes from years ago that are 12's and I could not fit into them! Sizes have changed so much and it…

I have had both kinds of HRMs. Just the watch HRM is NOT accurate. Yes, they are cheaper then the Polars but they were WAY off on calorie burn ...IMO. And I wonder how accurate a watch can be vs a chest strap. I mean the chest strap is right there next to your heart!! I have a Polar FT4. They do go on sale on Amazon and I…
Would doctors normally order a hormone level test because of hair (would insurance cover it for such a young person)?
Yes your insurance should cover the test. It's a blood test and you will have to fast for it. You can talk to your Primary Care Doctor. I had thyroid problems when I was in my early 20's.…

I'm on here daily too! Add me up! :-)
-
Y'all can add me too! I could use some more friends on here!

I tend to log whatever my HRM says. If I'm just walking I don't log it at all - FB will take care of that. But jogging - with hills - I'd go with my HRM and log that activity here on MFP. I also wear my HRM during my workouts. Seems to work out perfectly that way. But it helps to have a HRM. I don't log anything over on FB…

Add me!! I could use some friendly folks on my wall!!! :-) My current FL is pretty quiet ...
-
I totally rely on my HRM. Yeah I have a FB, but on actual workouts, I do log the workout according to my HRM. I have found that the HRM is the BEST way to measure calories. For ME the ones here on MFP are over inflated. I am short. It takes a lot for me to burn what little I burn! I know there at taller and heavier folks…

I have a Polar FT4. I HIGHLY recommend it! I did get a cheap one from Wal*Mart before getting my Polar and it was a waste of money. It was just a watch HRM and it was VERY inaccurate. I researched HRMs on Amazon and decided for my requirements the Polar FT4 was just what I needed! I have had my Polar for 2 years now with…

Bump! I don't work and I love crock pot cooking ... always looking for ideas!

I have never seen that site and now I love that site! Thank you SO much for sharing it!!

WOW!! Thanks SO much for ALL your input everyone! My bread is WAY more dense than that loaf of Nature's Own and personally ... it tastes SO much better! Haha! I love the idea of cutting it with an electric knife! I am gonna do that to the loaf I have left and see how many slices I get. My slices using my bread knife were…
-
Well I guess I want to know how Nature's Own is making bread. What are they subbing for flour. I mean I can see the calories will be high since flour is around 100 cals per 1/4 cup. My recipe called for 6 cups! That's like 2,400 calories in just flour alone! ACK! I will not cut out bread from my diet. My choice there. I…

I eat a Weight Watchers Giant Cookie Ice Cream Bar every night! I have lost about 15 pounds too! I say yes as long as you are on goal with your calories and don't go overboard! :)
