  • ^^ I agree. I find the calories burned that MFP spits out seem to be off. I also like the fact that I can "see" how my workouts differ by how much energy I put into them! Honestly ... there is no way to say that that carrot stick will ALWAYS be xx calories. Just like there is no way to say doing jumping jacks for 5 minutes…
