It doesn't sound like a good idea for him to be moving closer to you because in your heart you know he is still using. This is a hard thing to kick and it has to come from him. I weigh 200 pounds and I started Yoga. It is a great stress relief. I was sweating by the end of the workout and found it was difficult but not impossiable to do. The next day, my whole body was sore, so I know I got a great work out and de-stressed... a win, win.

I get fruit that is already sliced like mango and cantaloupe and eat a few slices with a small hand full of whole almonds. It is very filling, low on calories. I do this every morning with black coffee and powered creamer. I lost 4 pounds this week :):):)
