Like everyone says, the HRM is the best to use. But I DID do kickboxing class this past Saturday, where we started out with pushups, had the cardio portion in the middle and did ab work and leg lifts at the end and I burned about 700 calories(according to my HRM), so don't cheat yourself. MFP may be right!!
