sorry i missed the weigh in. I was 179.8 so only down 0.2 this week. I've had a crazy day. Left the house at 8:15am and just in after midnight! Off to bed now.

i'd like to aim for 1.5 lb a week so 18 lbs over the challange.

I was 180 this morning. So not much change. But I haven 't gained on steroid tablets. And had a weekend at cub camp. Eating lots, but also very active and didn't gain there either! So pleased I haven't gained as I thought i would have!

HUge setback today, had a bad asthma attack, was rushed to hospital by ambulance. Now on steroid tablets and 4 hourly nebuliser as well as inhalers. Hoping i don't gain on steroids and i manage to get better and avoid hospital again. Was a scary day!

feeling so rough today. Sore head and shivery, taking painkillers and sleeping lots. Had a lie down this afternoon and woke up 5 hours later!

I'm dairy free. Try oat milk (oatly) is much thicker (appears creamier) than both rice and almond milk and tastes ok.

This weeks binges have been due to extreme stress, as an attempt at comfort to feel better. Ok thats what the thought is before. After i just feel terrible and guilty.

Off crutches and hips doing much better, down to 'normal' painkillers instead of strong ones and able to get around and do more. Trying to watch eating more closely as still not able to do my usual level of exercise. But feeling much better. Thanks for support!

is so sore! My hip is just not happy, keeps clicking out. We're on holiday in York, so walking a fair bit round the walls, Viking places and trians. Its been good and burning lots of calories 'walking with crutches'! Off home today so will enjoy the rest hopefully tomorrow and schools are back on Monday so back to 'normal'!

Mine would be books. Fiction. Favourite shop is Waterstones. love browsing books and sitting in cafe watching the world go buy with a book. Need more bookshelves in the house only have 5 bookshelves, but live in a small flat. I love books.

I've now managed 40 jack knifes on challenge mode! abs hurt, but thats good!

yes there are 14 pounds in a stone. I tend to multiply rough number of stones by 14 and then add to get to number. As a straight division gives you remainder in decimal form so not in pounds. ie 13.4 stones isn't 13 stone 4pounds!

i got day 17 done on friday. Took saturday off and will aim to do day 18 today.

you can, but as has been said it makes you hungry. My chest specialist says the weight gain is due to eating the wrong things when craving food. I've been told to have lots of celery sticks and carrot sticks to nibble on when hungry due to steroids. Last time i was on them i managed to keep loosing!
