Hi i'm sarah, i'm a uni student and single mum so budgets always tight. I live in scotland, my main exercise at the moment is walking and wii, as gym so expensive. I make my own soup in bulk and freeze it as well as pasta sauces which are also frozen. Saves time cooking in bulk and cheaper than buying jars.

Bad week
I've had an awful week with binges. Think its due to stress and a return home after Easter holidays with family. Binged most days. Food diary is a mess. day 10
Made it through day 10 on level 1 and after a break did most of level 2, to see what it was like. I hate planks!!!!!! Hopefully it'll get easier just like level 1 did.

THats me done day 9. Only one mare day on level 1! Glad in some ways as getting bored, but dreading what level 2 will bring!

Yea, just finished level 2 day 1. Wow i now hate planks as well as jumping jacks, i found them so hard.

Day 5 done, its definitely getting easier!

Day 4
Done day 4, had my son join in and be my cheerleader. My mum also had a go at some of it, as we're down visiting my parents. My mum was surprised how tough a dvd it is!
