Bad week

I've had an awful week with binges. Think its due to stress and a return home after Easter holidays with family. Binged most days. Food diary is a mess. Its a pitty theres no subtraction for purging for calories! Then it would be looking better. Think to balance this week i have 250 calories for the next 24 hours, according to app on my phone!

Feeling lousy, hate putting all those 'B' s on the table!!!!

    It's so natural to feel like beating yourself up, when you go overboard or waaaaaayyyyyy overboard with food. Been there far too many times myself. Do NOT continue to feed those negative feelings. Something that brings myself to my senses is to keep repeating to myself - "Don't look back"........ it's what has led me down a road to despair and weight gain in the past. I also take better care of myself when I try to treat myself with kindness, instead of self-hate. Just take better care of the next snack, meal, etc.
