HI. I remember those days! My son is now in high school. But very challenging and demanding of my time when he's not at school! I find walking works well. Up and round Arthurs Seat is one of my favourites. Also, get a kids seat on your bike and cycle along the canal or water of leith.

I love the 'puddings' which are just fruit puree, especially when i was struggling with food, i did lose weight. Can't imaging wanting to eat the main meals though. THey sound and smell bad!

hi, totally get this, been bouncing around for years. Anorexic to bulimic to binge eating, then back to bulimia etc. Currently been diagnosed with EDNOS was diagnosed with bulimia last summer, losing weight. Trying to get healthy, recover from ED and try and lose weight. Its tough!!

Mine is in a 'wedding dress box' in my parents attic. Marriage lasted 4 years, been separated 10 years now. Haven't thought about it for a very long time!

I'm down almost 60 pounds without gym membership. I cancelled my bus pass and started walking instead. Which saved me about £35 a week. As well as buying a few exercise dvds.

I'm an Edinburgh Leisure member. I use gym, swimming pools used to play badminton till April. But my availability restricted as i'm a single mum to an 11 year old.

My NSV's are got down another clothes size (now UK 14) swam 1000m in 30 minutes got back to teaching sailing and enjoying it! Got my camp permit for taking scouts away. Been a good challenge and had fun, got back to doing things i enjoy and nearly at 50 pounds lost in total!

I use coconut milk mostly, but if i can't get it will use Rice milk as a back up. I'm allergic to cow's milk, soya and almonds!

i do boxing workouts on the wii on the occasions i've either broken a bone in my foot or sprained my ankle. can get heart rate up and cardio in by boxing.
