Im trying low carb but specifically low Heavy carbs not the ones from fruit and veg...on workout days I have more heavy carbs and on non workout days I avoid them and concentrate on getting my carbs from fruit and veg...so far is working for me and Im on week 3

People like you lady are the reason I have my diary set to friends and have precisely 2 of them on here who can see it my best mate and my personal trainer....I have no desire to be judged by strangers even though in my opinion my diary is squeaky clean but everyone's opinion of clean is different...Jog on

You could be me with a few minor adjustments....I started at a UK 22...am now a 12 and was only ever heading for a 14....think Im gonna have to be a 10 to be happy(ish) with my tum though and have accepted it is maybe never gonna be as flat as I had hoped it would get :(

I changed my levels too as I'm following a programme devised by my trainer and he has me on way more protein....working wonders so far

Kinda sounds like star jumps which are definitely an exercise so I can see why it burns calories....as to whether to log them or or not or just to rate your normal day as active....think I'd go for saying you are pretty active daily rather than log it as exercise everytime but that's just me

I have two working cockers that get walked 6 times a day for about 10-15mins a time......When I can I include them in clients walks as I am a dog walker so if I have space for them and the dogs Im walking are nice then they get thrown in with the gang... I also go longer walks with mates at the weekends weather dependant.…

Agree...My trainer has never yelled or got nasty he is supportive/sarcastic/humorous/more supportive....He is getting the best out of me without yelling or pushing me past what he knows I can do.....10/10

WOW Are you deliberately misreading everything I type...If I really couldn't do them then I am sure he'd not make me but I LOVE MY TRAINER....the harder he works me the more I love him...maybe I am a sadist but that is what I pay him for...If I wanted to dictate what I did then I'd stay home and make my own routines…

Sorry I should reword...the burpees I do willingly when my trainer puts them in my routine are....he doesn't really MAKE me do anything but he is good, I trust him so even though I hate them I do them...gladly coz I am paying him to work me out to the very best of his ability and the improvement I have seen so far…

I really have no idea why you are so hung up on the silliness of them......working out isn't about looking cool and non-silly it is about what is most effective....the fact that pretty much every fitness professional think that burpees are worth doing convinces me to rate them despite their 'silliness'
