I agree with everyone to just leave it be and mve on...you may have a wee gain but if you do it'll come back off again. Last Monday I gained 10lb after a 3 day boozefest......8.5 are back off again already so don't be worrying about it because you can't change it now xx

Like others it wasn't so much the quantity of food more the huge calories in the food I was eating that was my downfall...I still eat as much now I just eat better choices :)

Hiya just to let you know i am not partaking this week as I have a hellish busy week and am off for wee break starting the morn until Sunday but I will be back on Monday ready to embrace next weeks task :)

I broke my wrist when I was Eleven by putting my hand out wrong when I fell off a kerb. My finger when I fell off a treadmill my shoulder when I was in a motorbike accident and like someone above I am convinced I broke a finger and a toe ut never got them checked out

Ok my final check in is 15.87miles for the week...start weight 172lbs...today's weight 167.5...wow even I'm amazed at that loss :)

Today was 4.23 on the treadmill which takes me to 25.55K which is 15.87miles....YAY not bad given an average of 1/2 hour a day on treadmill.....I should have privately counted my elliptical too as I cover at least as much ground on there

Ok today I did 2.56k on the treadmill and 3.81k on the bike so that makes it 21.32k so far :)
