Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 are a guilty pleasure of mine. A train wreck and I can't look away. I think Jenelle has had plenty of chances and has blown it repeatedly. But she has also been diagnosed as bi-polar, which complicates things. Mental health issues are nothing to scoff at. I really hope she gets proper help.

Found out they're changing my train schedule. Now every half hour throughout the day instead of on the hour. It's a sad day when the highlight of my day is train frequency increases when I don't need it.

Water pistol/spray bottles are EXTREMELY effective at deterring bad behaviour, it only takes a squirt or too before they associate bad behaviour with getting wet.

Have you tried cat grass? You can grow it or buy it at the grocery store. Putting it on/near the cat tree might help. Make sure to secure it or you'll end up with dirt all over the place.

Cat nip spray. I foster cats and have to train kitten after kitten to use it. We're pretty successful at saving out furniture and having them use the tree with the spray. I get mine at the dollar store, pet stores will have it too.

Liability only. I recently sold my $2,000 car. I don't remember the exact amount of savings/year, but the insurance company wouldn't have given me $2,000 for the car if I wrecked it, and I figured out the savings on collision/upset would be better spent saving for my next car.

Beans are your friend. Some canned ones can be high in sodium, dried that need rehydrating aren't as bad. You can do a million things with beans. ETA: I second quinoa. My two staples of foods are quinoa and beans. *Pigs out on greek quinoa salad for lunch*

You can wear it during squash, just make sure when you enter the exercise you add the time started and number of minutes, MFP/Fitbit will recalculate the calories during that time period. (MFP exercise will trump what Fitbit Calculates) and you'll still be tracking steps.

Your fitbit should be able to account for up and down hills, number of steps etc. What other exercise are you adding? Calories from a heart rate monitor or MFP database?

Absolutely. But she's probably burning 200 more calories than me with 30DS.

I would think that's not enough. I'm going Insanity and eating roughly 1900-2000 per day, I'm 25 and 5'10. Adding in 30DS and I think you should be eating closer to 1900-2000 per day.
