  • Hey there! I was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Fasciitis in February of 2017. Is your dSSC mostly skin or other organs that are affected? I found it very difficult to do anything when I was at my worst, and I lost significant muscle mass. I started doing physio therapy, and that definitely helped me get moving more. After…
  • I've been super slacking. I can try and get it ready for tomorrow. Sorry guys!

  • All fixed. Sorry I dropped the ball on that one, moving flips your life upside down!

  • I"m so slow, sorry. I'm all over the place with work and moving! The sheet has been fixed. Last month's was all screwy too so I fixed that as well.

  • Oops! I did it from my phone as my laptop is still hiding in a mound of boxes. I will find time tonight or tomorrow to fix anything I missed!

  • Sorry! Try now.

  • Sorry for the delay. I'm in the process of moving and couldn't find a lot of things - like my computer. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ak9ImgdPhjC9dFFFQTBCMkdSeEQ0c09Kb3IyZ2IxWlE&usp=sharing

  • No, are you still having difficulty?

  • I've also been looking at repeating for February! I started rolling forward the file last week, but need final weights to finish it.

  • Everyone is different. I gained 65 pounds (over years) and my bra size never changed. I'm currently down 40, and they're still the same.
  • I can't take credit for the sheet! I've just rolled previous sheets a few times, and added/removed things as we go along. I enjoy this sheet immensely! It's a good addition to logging it in MFP; I like when it's laid out week over week.

  • I think I fixed all the formulas. I'm not sure about columns Q & R as my brain isn't quite with it today. It would be GREAT if John could copy the formulas for those two columns over from July, the July sheet is locked and I can get at them!

  • Thanks for rolling this one! I've done a couple but between the holidays and work I've barely come up to breath! Edit: I just looked, and a bunch of the formulas are missing. I can try to fix this weekend, but this Friday's weigh in won't be correct unless someone else can fix them before I get there.

  • Educate me on a "proper diet" because they lost 4 pounds last week and I only lost 38 pounds in the last 6 months.
  • Of course it is!
  • Alright folks, here it is. I did it really quick so I will check formulas after the first weigh in. The list is getting really slim - I give people a few weeks of buffer before removing them, but if they haven't weighed on November 15th or later, they've been removed. Anyone is free to add themselves back!…
  • I will roll the file over as long as its not just for me! I may have time tonight. Check back for a link to the new file.
  • I think the more the merrier, provided everyone checks in weekly!

  • I will roll it over for November. If you're not on there, add yourself back. If you have trouble just message me.

  • https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ak9ImgdPhjC9dHdORzdzQnlTZmNQY0FnNHl3dkhHeWc&usp=sharing It's still a work in progress, I may need to error fix as people start inputting numbers. I copied everyone's weight from the last weigh in, and a couple weeks earlier for a few if that missed the last one. I will delete…

  • I'm 215 days in, that's 3000+ cigarettes plus not smoked. It's well worth it!
  • If you have a Costco membership, the Kirkland non-fat plain greek yogurt is excellent. Don't know the details of it off hand.
  • Smarties for the win. Every time I visit the states I have to take them with me.
  • Vegetarian Chili. 1 ¼ cup coarsely chopped onions 1 cup each chopped sweet green and red pepper ¾ cup each chopped celery and chopped carrots 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 ½ cup quartered mushrooms 1 cup cubed zucchini 1 can (28oz) tomatoes un-drained and cut up 2 cans (19oz ) mixed beans drained and rinsed 1 can…
  • I'm 5'10 too! 15 pounds down, 40 to go. I lost about 5 , was stuck for months, and just in the last month or so has it started to budge. I never felt like I even got any smaller, but pictures and measurements say otherwise. Don't let the scale rule your life.
  • Reading this thread horrifies me. I love my provincial health care! As for funding, our liquor costs a LOT more. At least in Ontario, the LCBO (the regulated liquor store) transfers a significant amount to our provincial health care. It's a good system, the more you drink the more you contribute to your health care.
  • When I smoked, I was REALLY thin, like underweight. When I quit, I gained weight (too much). I was also athletic, a great student, and worked 30 hours a week while in school. Everyone is different.
  • Cook, once cooled add tomatoes, cucumber and feta, and an olive oil/vinegar dressing. Cook, add apples and cinnamon. What CAN'T you do with quinoa?
