If you have trouble netting 1200, then you may want to look into adding healthy snacks that are calorie dense like nuts, avocado, peanut butter, etc. If you're making a sandwich maybe add a bit extra meat... if you have a salad with chicken add more chicken. Small things can add up! :)

Weight in grams tells me the calories. Are you talking about the fancy scales that tell you the fat, sugar, carbs, etc? I don't need something that exact... I can't obsess that much or I'd be scared to eat out of my house.
