Thank you! I used to do 70 minutes on the treadmill everyday, then i stopped because i got discouraged, but i decided to get back on..so i will have to push myself..

Oo i should brush my teeth everytime i want to eat..then maybe i wont..

Yeah if i have a good book i wont want to eat, but the other times i'm bored all i want to do is eat.

lol yeah i seem to scarf my food when i havent eaten all day, then i look down at my plate and go "hey, where did my food go?" haha

I just cant seem to eat breakfast for some reason, I'm not use to eating that early.. but i know its what i need to lose this weight.

Yeah i've heard that too, and i found that i would be hungry too. i want to learn to stop when i feel satisfied. i know its not good to eat right before bed but thats usually what i do and then i am not active so everything i just ate turns straight to fat.. :/ Well i'm glad i'm not alone..lol

I can go til about 5 or 6 without eating anything..but then once i start i eat everything in site because i waited so long..
