Help staying motivated!!!
I need help. Its a new year now and i want to say there is a new me to go along with it. But sadly there isnt! I just havent felt motivated in doing anything lately, i guess you can say ive been in a slump :/ Sorry this is just a short rant. lol

The only one who eats really late in the day, now its almost 2:00 in the afternoon and i havent eaten a thing yet, which i know is not good especially when someone is trying to lose weight. Now when i go to eat something i wont want to stop..urg..(sounds bad) i need a routine where i eat early in the morning..
